Meet the Team

Shawn Smith is the President of Tetrafab, where he leads organizational growth, business development, operational improvement, and long-term strategy. Since joining the company in 2021, Shawn has helped implement EOS, strengthen internal processes, expand Tetrafab’s capabilities, and position the team to support increasingly complex product development and manufacturing needs. A Southern Indiana native, he enjoys spending time with his family, boating, bass fishing, playing tennis, and helping local businesses improve their leadership and growth strategies.

Troy Cox is an Account & Project Manager at Tetrafab with five years of experience guiding custom carrying cases, bags, and sewn-product solutions from concept through production and delivery. He enjoys helping customers solve challenges, building long-term relationships, and turning ideas into successful products that strengthen their brands. Outside of work, Troy enjoys fishing, kayaking, boating, and collecting sports cards.

Dwayne Calhoun is an Account & Project Manager at Tetrafab, specializing in project coordination and building strong customer relationships. Since joining the company in 2000, he has enjoyed the fast-paced work and collaborating with customers, coworkers, and Tetrafab’s international manufacturing teams. Originally from Brooks, Kentucky, Dwayne enjoys traveling—especially to the Caribbean—and spending time with his family and two doodles.

Steve Satow is the Supply Chain Manager at Tetrafab, where he focuses on strengthening sourcing, inventory, supplier processes, and overall supply chain strategy. After spending 10 years in sales, Steve brings a valuable customer-focused perspective to operations, helping Tetrafab manage cost, risk, lead times, and the complexities of importing. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, playing pickleball, watching sports, traveling, and wildlife and birding.

Jessica Anderson is an Accounting Specialist at Tetrafab, bringing organization, attention to detail, and a dependable approach to her role. Originally from Floyds Knobs, Jessica enjoys running, interior decorating, and spending time with her Cane Corso, Roman, outside of work.

Marianne Johns is a Customer Service Representative at Tetrafab who manages customer orders from processing and scheduling through logistics and final delivery. She enjoys solving problems, supporting key customer accounts, and working with the Tetrafab team to create a smooth experience for every customer. Outside of work, Marianne enjoys staying active, listening to music and podcasts, spending time with friends, and volunteering to support foster children, adoptive families, food pantries, and veteran organizations.

Adam Capps is the Head of Commercial Development at Tetrafab, where he draws on extensive experience in retail, national account management, banking, operations, and B2B sales to uncover new opportunities and build lasting relationships. Based in the Louisville area, Adam leads Tetrafab’s expansion into industries ranging from medical devices and electronics to precision equipment and tabletop gaming. Outside of work, he enjoys poker, reading, and traveling whenever he gets the chance.

Dylan Piper-Kaiser is the Design Director at Tetrafab, where he guides the design team in creating innovative, visually engaging solutions that are also practical to manufacture. He enjoys helping customers bring their ideas to life while balancing functionality, cost, and production requirements. A Louisville-area native, Dylan is also a passionate fly fisherman who enjoys spending time on the water with his wife.

Clay DeKorte is a Junior Industrial Designer at Tetrafab who brings a thoughtful, user-focused approach to every project. Originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan, Clay combines creativity, technical problem-solving, and clear communication to help translate client ideas into well-considered products that balance aesthetics, function, materials, and construction. Outside of work, he enjoys rock climbing, exploring thrift and antique stores, and caring for his two dart frogs, Curly and Moe.

Bridgit Burns is a Project Generalist at Tetrafab, where she supports a wide range of needs, including samples, shipments, visual inspection sheets, and project coordination. She enjoys the variety of her role, the company’s close-knit culture, and the opportunity to continue growing through project management and leadership training. Outside of work, Bridgit enjoys traveling, thrifting, reading, staying active, and spending time with family and friends.

Jason Matzek brings experience in sales leadership, operations, product development, and strategic management to Tetrafab, where he helps drive business development, process improvement, new product introduction, and cross-functional execution. He enjoys Tetrafab’s entrepreneurial environment and the opportunity to turn ideas and customer needs into measurable results. A Louisville native, Jason enjoys theatre and concerts, staying active at the gym, and collecting vinyl LPs.
