Before production, our product development team ensures design for manufacturability. During production, our in-process QC ensures alignment to approved samples. Post-production, our out-going MIL-STD 105e inspection ensures quality product is shipped.
All products include a 13-month warranty from the date of manufacture. Tetrafab warrants that products will: 1) be free from defects in material, workmanship, and design; 2) conform to the specifications, drawings, and approved samples; 3) function according to intended fit or purpose. The warranty will not apply to products that have been subject to misuse, neglect, accident, or abnormal conditions of operation.
Yes, we offer US manufacturing options.
Yes, we can provide Certificates of Compliance where required and applicable. This would include declarations necessary for testing specifications, environmental regulations, and/or tracking for receipt of goods.
MOQs are dependent on multiple factors, including: product type, complexity, materials, hardware, components, processing, etc. Our product development team will assist to establish MOQs based on your specific product specifications.
Product development is highly collaborative. Timing is largely dependent on when Tetrafab become introduced to the project. Average Design lead times range from 2-4 weeks.
Yes! Pre-production sampling is pivotal to our process controls. Production will not commence until a sample has been approved via formal documentation.
Yes. We can manufacture based on an existing sample provided that the sample design does not have any IP restrictions. Some of our best clients have come to us with 100% approved samples seeking better quality and better customer service.
Production lead times are dependent on multiple factors, including: product type, complexity, material processing, component procurement, current production scheduling, etc. Our product development team will assist to establish lead-times based on your specific product specifications and timing needs.
We offer ExWorks factory, FOB port, FCA shipping with customer provider, DDP domestic, or direct to door/dock for any commercial address. We can accommodate FCL, LCL, or consolidation depending on your needs.
We offer comprehensive fulfillment services to coordinate and manage the delivery of finished product to our clients as a value-add service. We are not a freight or parcel provider, so timing of ocean/rail/air freight or parcel delivery is subject to factors beyond our control. Every effort is made to ensure OTD.
